Can I hold a wedding ceremony at the villa?
Yes for symbolic ceremonies, receptions and celebrations. Legal civil ceremonies in Portugal must take place at a licensed venue (a local Conservatória do Registo Civil or an officially licensed hotel/quinta). We work with couples who do the civil paperwork at home or at a nearby licensed venue and then hold the full celebration — ceremony blessing, reception, dinner and party — at the villa.
How many guests can stay on-site?
Our largest estate (three adjoining villas in Galé) sleeps up to 24 guests across 12 bedrooms. The Albufeira Marina pair sleeps up to 18 across 9 bedrooms. Day guests for the ceremony/reception can bring the total event size higher — we can advise on comfortable limits per estate.
Do the villas suit corporate retreats?
Yes. Both estates have fast fibre Wi-Fi, multiple lounges that work as breakout rooms, and full kitchens. Faro Airport is 30 minutes away with direct flights to London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris and most Northern European hubs, which makes them practical for European leadership teams and off-sites.
What is the best time of year for a group booking?
May, June and September are the classic wedding months — warm sea, long days, dry weather. October and April are excellent value shoulder-season options. For corporate retreats, November to March is the sweet spot: mild days (16–20°C), quiet resorts, cheaper flights and up to 60% lower villa rates than peak summer.
Can you arrange catering, a chef or a marquee?
Yes. We coordinate with vetted local suppliers for private chefs, in-villa catering, marquees, florists, celebrants, DJs, live musicians, spa therapists and airport transfers. You deal with us; we deal with them.
How do I get a quote for the full estate?
Send us your dates, guest count and a short description of the event. We come back within one business day with an all-in weekly rate for the estate. There's no obligation to book after the quote.
